The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution, gathering and analyzing client feedback to improve services, and assisting in client retention strategies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A degree in business, hospitality, or a related field, along with prior experience in customer relationship management, is preferred.
