Refunds will be provided if the terms are not addressed on the services that are subscribed by the user as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the plan. Refund will only provide if the reason provided for the refund is genuine and consistent as per our mentioned terms. It is compulsory to read all the details before any purchase. A refund will be initiated only if a user has not received any file from our end. No refund will be entertained in case a proper reason regarding results produced by the service rendered. According to the terms, if you apply for a refund it will takes 7-14 working days from the date of initiating refund.After investigation, we will notify you once your refund is initiated. Hence, it will be credited to your debit/credit card by the original mode of payment.
